About The Founder

Jitesh Sah is the Founder of The Lawgical Professionals and a dedicated legal practitioner with more than 10 years of hardcore professional experience in litigation, legal advisory, drafting, and dispute resolution. He holds the qualifications of B.Com., M.A.J.M., LL.B. and has developed extensive practical experience across civil, criminal, matrimonial, corporate, consumer, constitutional, real estate, arbitration, and regulatory matters. His professional approach combines detailed legal research, strategic thinking, analytical drafting, and effective courtroom advocacy to deliver practical and result-oriented legal solutions.

He is a member of the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA), Calcutta High Court Bar Association, and various subordinate court bar associations. Jitesh Sah regularly appears before the Calcutta High Court, subordinate courts, tribunals, commissions, and regulatory authorities across Kolkata and surrounding jurisdictions.
